So everyday more people are drawn to using their mobile phones and tablet devices rather then using the computer, as mobile devices are portable. The other turning point with mobile devices is software developers are now creating mobile version of websites and application which is pretty fast to load compared to the actual website. So it wont be hard to say that mobile application business are booming as they have no shortage of customer with this growing trend. Business organisation also seems to take advantage of this situation as most business organisations are coming up with the concept of creating the mobile version of their website.Various types of applications are entering the mobile market from a simple mobile website to various applications that works as a tool to help business people to fulfill the job without sitting in the office, in fact they can perform their task from anywhere and anytime with the little help of their mobile. "It is also seen that mobile devices are being enhanced with new advanced computing resources"(Zakaria mammar, 2006).
However it is important for business owners to understand what type of application is suitable for them? Will business application gain popularity as much as consumer based smart phone applications such as games and some other application that are created to provide fun to the customer? Will their investment in these application yeild them profit?
